Support Pennsylvania Dreamers

The Philadelphia Foundation is helping PA is Ready! raise funds to support DACA application fees for Pennsylvania Dreamers who must apply by Oct. 5 to extend their legal status.

Tax-deductible contributions to the Dreamers Initiative received by Sept. 25, 2017 will be used to help eligible Pennsylvanians to pay the $495 USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) fee needed to renew their DACA permits.

Donations received in excess of distributed DACA application fees will support the ongoing work of immigrant-serving organizations through PA is Ready!

About The Dreamers Initiative

The Dreamers Initiative will assist young Pennsylvanians to renew work permits under DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), a program that had protected from deportation young undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children.

Due to a recently announced change in federal policy, the DACA program will end on March 5, 2018, but those with DACA permits set to expire before then can apply by Oct. 5, 2017 for a two-year renewal.

For more information, visit the Dreamers Initiative web page, email DreamersInitiative@paimmigrant.org or call 215-832-0636.
