Evan Urbania is CEO of ChatterBlast Media, a digital marketing & advertising agency based in Philadelphia. Founded in 2009, ChatterBlast serves local, regional, and national brands including Comcast, Chemours, PECO, The University of Pennsylvania, Oracle, AARP, Jefferson Health, The City of Philadelphia and Essential Utilities. The firm has developed unique expertise in the areas of public utilities, higher education, real estate, healthcare and digital advocacy campaigns for organizations focused on behavior change, immigration reform, civil rights and democracy protection.

In 2023 ChatterBlast launched GroundFloor Studios, a multimedia production studio aimed at providing equitable access to creative spaces in partnership with Big Picture Alliance, a workforce development non-profit focused on supporting youth entering the TV, film/video and advertising industries.

Evan is a graduate of Drexel University where he studied business administration and photography. He served as founding board member and former President of the Independence Business Alliance, Philadelphia’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the boards of The Philadelphia Foundation, Team PA Foundation, and as a commissioner on the Philadelphia Gas Commission.
