All gifts received by the Philadelphia Foundation become part of its component funds. This means that if it becomes unnecessary, undesirable, impractical or impossible to use contributions for their original purpose, the foundation  has  the right to use the funds for other charitable purposes it deems appropriate in accordance with its governing instruments or any  applicable  fund  agreement.  Should you have any questions, please contact  the  Philanthropic  Services  Department.
