Key Skills Hub Orientation For Nonprofits

Philadelphia Foundation stand poised to activate the collaborative power of volunteerism by connecting community organizations and corporate volunteers. By tapping into the most important asset of any corporation — its employees — nonprofits are able to access the additional professional skills and expertise they need to propel their missions.

The Philadelphia Foundation’s Key Skills Hub – a marketplace for volunteerism where the community and the corporate landscapes of Philadelphia meet to work toward improving the quality of life of our neighborhoods, our city and beyond – provides this essential link.

In addition to our ongoing grantmaking in support of capacity building, we are providing an online tool that connects nonprofits with professionals who want to donate their skills, pro bono. This portal, powered by Catchafire, gives nonprofits access to capacity building support like creating a marketing strategy, building a website, and getting graphic design help – all for free.

At this information session, you learn about how the Key Skills Hub can help your organization. You can also meet and mingle with other nonprofits that the Philadelphia Foundation has invited to take advantage of this amazing resource.

This session is first-come, first-served. Register now before spots fill up.
