William J. Burke

Mr. Burke joined AMETEK, a Berwyn-based global manufacturer of electronic instruments and electromechanical devices with annualized sales of more than $7 billion, in 1987. He previously served in a number of financial, operational and business unit roles, including Senior Vice President, Comptroller and Treasurer, before being named Chief Financial Officer in May 2016. He retired from this role in April 2024.

Mr. Burke holds a BS in Business Management from Boston College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. He is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
